Total Project Budgeting

• Develop Project Budget including:
• Construction Hard Costs
• Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment
• Data and Telecommunications Costs
• Moving Costs including Technology Relocation, Security, etc.
• Construction Soft Costs (all consultants, fees, permits, etc.)
• Owners Cost items (all equipment, technology, relocation or other owners direct special costs)
• Produce periodic updates of Total Project Budget
• Request Relocation proposals from qualified Movers, analyze bids and make recommendation
• Request Relocation proposals from qualified Technology Relocation specialists, analyze bids and make recommendation
• Include Clients equipment and other client furnished items for incorporation in Total Project Budget
