Exceleration Project Management is lead by Joe Peterson. A licensed architect, Joe received his architectural degree from Iowa State University (ISU) and MBA from Drake University. Joe also took extensive undergraduate business courses from the University of Iowa and ISU. Joe’s background includes 10 years at Gensler & Associates/Architects, 13 years working with southern California real estate developers Ellis Sloan Properties and Continental Development Corporation.

Recent projects include Xepix Corporation, Initiative Media, HighTechHigh-LA, Direct Capital Markets, Body Dynamics, Daily Grill, Fleming’s, 6363 Wilshire, Spectrum Club Manhattan Beach, Continental Development Corporation, The Atrium at Continental Park, Center Trust Headquarters, and Peerless Systems.
